Senior Project Controls Engineer – SchedulerLocation: Indianapolis, Indiana (Onsite)Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000Compensation PackageSubsistence of up to $3,000/monthRelocation Reimbursement up to $10,000Performance BonusesJob Description: We are hiring a Senior Project Controls Engineer – Scheduler to lead scheduling for a large hyperscale data center in Indianapolis. This is a fully onsite role embedded with the project team. You will work directly in the field, collaborating daily with superintendents, trade partners, and leadership to keep the project on track.Duties:Develop and manage a fully logic-tied baseline schedule in Primavera P6 with 2,500 or more activities using CPM best practices and a detailed WBSConduct weekly updates through site walks and trade coordinationBuild P6 layouts to track critical and near-critical paths, filter by trade or zone, and produce clear reports for field and leadershipMaintain resource-loaded schedules for cost and earned value trackingPerform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and develop mitigation plansDeliver monthly schedule packages including.xer files, critical path snapshots, lookaheads, and written narrativesAnalyze large datasets and multiple schedules in ExcelMentor junior schedulers and ensure CPM best practices are appliedSkills:5 or more years in commercial construction scheduling or project controlsExpert-level skills in Primavera P6 and ExcelField fluency with a strong understanding of how work is built and the ability to reflect that in schedule logicStrong communication skills with both field teams and executivesHyperscale data center or mission-critical project experience preferredArena Technical Resources, LLC, (ATR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who will provide equal employment opportunity to employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, veteran status, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, genetic information, or mental or physical disability.
