Controls Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Controls Engineer to support a large HVAC customer. This engineer will support a pharmaceutical project which is within an FDA regulated environment. This person will be a part of a team who are writing software and putting together hardware packages for HVAC equipment (ie air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, roof top units, etc.). HVAC experience is not required but certainly a plus- experience programming PLCs OR programming within a building automation system for HVAC equipment is required. There will be a ton of training available in the team - will be able to train through shadowing opportunities and videos, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience programming PLCs (ex: Allen Bradley or Ladder Logic or Rockwell) or within a Building Automation system (BAS) for HVAC
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field - ideally mechanical or electrical
- Experience reviewing/editing engineering drawings or working physically with hardware
- Local and available to go onsite in Castleton area
