SOUS CHEF - UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY - LEXINGTON, KY

Job Summary We are currently hiring multiple salaried Catering Sous Chefs at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. In this role, you will support the culinary operations for student dining by supervising, preparing, and cooking a variety of food items, developing daily menu items, and assisting with menu development and ordering. You may supervise hourly associates and collaborate with the Executive Chef/Chefs to create new menus.
