We're looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Medical Billing Specialist to join our Central Office team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with insurance claims, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Medical Billing Specialist, you'll support multiple therapy clinics from our Central Office. This is not a patient-facing position. Instead, you'll work closely with our back office team, clinic staff, and insurance payers to help ensure claims are processed accurately and payments are received promptly.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit electronic insurance claims while following payer-specific requirements
• Research, resolve, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Troubleshoot billing issues and identify solutions
• Communicate professionally with clinics, providers, and insurance companies
• Complete administrative tasks related to the billing process
• Help maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous medical billing and insurance claims follow-up experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 - $45,000
