Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager for Arkansas, Louisiana, and Western Tennessee reports to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for driving sales and profit growth in the region by managing a dealer channel and generating pull‑through business with strategic end‑users. Responsibilities Manage and enhance relationships with dealers, integrators, and resellers. Facilitate sales calls and engagement with strategic end‑users to drive demand and growth. Develop short and long‑term sales strategies aligned with regional goals. Implement effective sales techniques to increase volume and market share. Lead strategic planning, manage leads, provide accurate sales reporting, and forecast. Assist in system design and cost estimating to meet customer needs. Collaborate with architects, engineers, specifiers, and consultants to influence product specs. Conduct end‑user seminars and participate in regional and national trade shows. Provide field‑level sales support and training for the dealer channel. Lead and direct technical guidance and assistance to others. Resolve conflicts effectively and maintain positive partner/customer relationships. Manage and exceed customer expectations for high satisfaction. Support talent development through growth opportunities. Balance work with enjoyment and maintain work‑life balance. Requirements Desired candidate locations: Arkansas, Western Tennessee, Louisiana. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, sales certifications) are advantageous. Familiarity with security concepts, technologies, and market trends. Ability to explain technical products and services to non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with consultative and solution selling techniques. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills for engaging C‑suite executives. Ability to analyze market trends and client needs. Skill in creating and delivering data‑driven sales strategies and reports. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a technology or SaaS industry. History of sales success (President’s Club or similar recognition). Disciplined to follow defined processes while creative in scalable approaches. Ability to develop relationships and engage partners and end users. Ability to demonstrate enterprise software and complex hardware solutions. Works with minimal supervision. History of exceeding assigned sales activity targets. Willingness to travel ~70% within the region. Characteristics Desired Intellectually sharp and highly motivated. Balance working smart and hard, focus on results. Benefits Pay & Compensation: Base salary $125,000–$175,000 with on‑target earnings up to $225,000.
