Required Skills include: Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, with proficiency in CNC machinery. Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and tolerances. Ability to independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, saws, and grinders. Skilled in precise measurement with instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. Knowledge of machine programming and troubleshooting. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Mastercam or AutoCAD. Background in welding, electrical, and mechanical assemblies. Forklift or overhead crane operation. Preferred Education and Experience: Technical or vocational degree in machining or manufacturing. CNC, manual, or precision machining certification. 3+ years of experience in a similar role with advanced setup and programming skills. Other Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work environment involves exposure to noise, machinery, and cutting tools, with mandatory use of PPE.
