Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,800 to $2,000 per week in Derry, NH Full Time Location: Derry, NH Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $1,800 to $2,000 per week Shift Information: 5 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services in a Rehab setting Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Requirements Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist (PT) License required Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred Previous SNF experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr AlliedTravelCareers
