Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Starting Wage: $17.00/hour (opportunity for an increase after 30 days based on attendance and job performance)

About the Position: We're seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our door manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment.

Hands-on experience with power and hand tools is required, including the safe and effective use of nail guns, saws, and hammers. Candidates should be comfortable working with production equipment, reading measurements, and performing assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is a great fit for someone with construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or assembly experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the assembly and production of interior and exterior doors
• Safely operate tools such as nail guns, hammers, and power screwdrivers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety guidelines
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve daily production targets

Qualifications

• Steel-toe boots are required
• Must wear all assigned PPE throughout the shift
• Experience using power tools preferred; construction or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and workplace safety
• Must be able to pass a background check

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday beginning at 6:00 AM and ending when production goals are met (typically around 6:00 PM)
• Average workload of 4555 hours per week
