Medical Front Desk / Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to join our Sweetwater team. The ideal candidate is friendly, collaborative, and interacts well with others. If you’re proactive, organized, have experience in scheduling,checking patients in for their appointment and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you. Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience working with an EMR
Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
Work closely with healthcare providers on their schedule
Schedule appointments for established follow up visits and procedures
Resolve scheduling conflicts
Collect payments and post to the account

Pay: $17-18.50 per hour
