Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a travel assignment in a long-term care setting in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Local candidates only; ASAP start. This 8-week assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with a weekly pay range of $840-$887. Shifts are 3 x 12-hour days, starting at 6:00 AM and ending around 6:30 PM. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders; monitor for adverse reactions and document administration accurately.
- Perform routine resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in condition; escalate to the supervising RN as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility, promoting safety and dignity.
- Support wound care, basic skilled nursing tasks, and preventive care under supervision and in keeping with care plans.
- Document care provided and resident responses clearly in the medical record; communicate changes promptly to the care team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to implement and update care plans; participate in safety and infection-control practices.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligibility for licensure in-state)
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and follow facility processes
- Relevant experience in long-term care or geriatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working the described shift pattern and meeting assignment expectations
