Jibe Staffing is growing and seeking an Experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Indy Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced staffing environments and knows how to deliver results while building strong relationships with associates and clients.

This team member needs to have high energy, passionate, attention to detail, organized, great work ethic and a strong customer service background. This is a 90 Day -Temp to Hire opportunity.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Deliver superb customer service to Jibe Staffing clients, Jibe Staffing Branch and Jibe associates.

* Perform resume searches, refer to candidate pool and other staffing/job board resources to fulfill Jibe client orders in a timely manner.

* Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with Jibe candidates.

* Onboarding process, Conduct New Hire Orientation, Run Background Checks.

* Successfully and strategically match Jibe candidate skill sets to clients' hiring needs.

* Must be able to multi-tasks and take on several High Volume Recruiting Activities, Attend Job Fairs and Networking Events, Post Jobs on Job Boards and Social Media.

* Perform a variety of business & human resource administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance.

* Conduct Jibe client meetings to ensure quality customer service.

* Coach and counsel Jibe temporary associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.

* Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of Jibe client, Jibe Staffing Branch and Jibe associates.

• Local travel is required. This is to and from client sites and office.
• Must be able to conduct early morning employee check ins. (Early mornings can start at 6am.)
• Previous Staffing Experience required.
• Must be able to work extended hours to include Saturdays as needed to meet business and client demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education preferred.

* Previous experience recruiting for a warehouse environment preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

* Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed.

* Reliable transportation a must.

* Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.

Hourly range-$23.00 - $26.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
