Key Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager , you will take full ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out, reporting directly into senior operations leadership and working closely with field teams.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning and execution of commercial and public-sector construction projects
• Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships from award to completion
• Overseeing procurement, contract administration and change management
• Partnering closely with Superintendents to ensure site operations align with programme and quality expectations
• Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and repeat business
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements, including government standards where applicable
• Supporting and mentoring junior Project Managers as the business continues to scale

Profile

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:

• 8-10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven background delivering projects for municipal, state or public-sector clients
• Federal construction experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and project profitability
• Confident leadership style with the ability to operate independently without micromanagement
• Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Experience working in a growing contractor environment where adaptability is key
