This is a phone-based role with a structured Monday–Friday schedule, talking with agents and loan officers interested in our marketing tools, lead systems, and growth platforms.

How the Role Works (Please Read)

\n

We believe in being upfront so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

\n

Every member of our Inside Sales team starts with the same paid onboarding process. We believe the best closers understand our products, customers, and sales process from the ground up before they begin closing their own deals.

\n

\n

Your Ramp Period (Typically 2 Weeks to 2 Months)

\n

Your first stage is focused on learning the business while generating opportunities for the Inside Sales team. For experienced sales professionals, this ramp typically lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months , depending entirely on your performance.

\n

\n

During this period, you’ll:

\n

\n
• Make at minimum 250-275 outbound cold calls per day using our dialer and a proven script.
\n
• Generate an average of 7 qualified live transfers per day for the Inside Sales team.
\n
• Learn our products, CRM, objection handling, and sales process through real conversations, coaching, and repetition.
\n

\n

This is high-volume phone work. It’s a grind, and it’s intentionally designed that way. The people who succeed here are coachable, consistent, competitive, and willing to put in the reps.

\n

After Promotion to Inside Sales

\n

Once you’ve demonstrated consistency, product knowledge, and sales proficiency, you’ll be promoted into the role you were hired for: Inside Sales Representative .

\n

In this role, you’ll primarily:

\n

\n
• Take warm, live-transferred calls from prospects already engaged with our team.
\n
• Close deals over the phone with a short sales cycle.
\n
• Earn through multiple compensation streams, including hourly pay, commission up to 20%, stretch bonuses, and daily cash incentives.
\n

\n

While the majority of your time will be spent closing warm opportunities, this is still a phone sales organization. There may be times when you’re expected to make outbound calls to generate additional opportunities as business needs require.

\n

\n

Compensation but The Real Numbers

\n

Business Development (ramp phase):

\n

\n
• $15–17/hour base + commission + daily incentives
\n
• Realistic year-one earnings: $50,000–$60,000
\n

\n

Inside Sales (after ramp) - four income streams:

\n

\n
• $16–19/hour base (raise on promotion from Biz Dev)
\n
• Commission up to 20% on a sliding scale
\n
• Stretch bonus up to $3,000/month
\n
• Daily cash incentives averaging $1,500–$2,500/month
\n
• Realistic earnings: strong performers earn $120,000–$160,000; our top rep is trending toward $280,000 this year, and our lowest rep on the team is clearing ~$95,000
\n

\n

Pay is bi-weekly (first check of the month is hourly; second includes commission and bonuses).

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, which means a real work-life balance, no nights, weekends, or overtime

• Fully remote
\n
• You provide your own equipment : computer with 16GB RAM, dual monitors, a headset, and a hardwired or 60+ Mbps internet connection

• Strong verbal communication and a confident phone presence

• Comfortable with high call volume and handling objections

• Coachable, consistent, and self-motivated in a remote setting

• Reliable computer (16GB RAM), dual monitors, wired internet, and a headset

• Available during Eastern 9-5 M-F business hours
