Who We Need

We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us build an exceptional go-to-market team at Rillet. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership. You'll partner closely with GTM leaders to define the bar, build search strategy, hunt for exceptional talent, and close candidates with plenty of options.

We're looking for someone with exceptional taste in GTM talent. You can look beyond company logos, titles, and headline metrics to understand who actually drove results, how they did it, and whether they can do it again at Rillet. That requires intellectual curiosity about the business. You'll understand our customers, product, market, and GTM motion so you can evaluate candidates in the context of what will actually make them successful here. Above all, you're self-driven and make decisions based on what's right for the business. You take ownership of searches, challenge assumptions when needed, and don't confuse filling a role with making a great hire.

We're looking for teammates who are based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating. Our hybrid schedule brings the team together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week. Some roles may spend more time in the office depending on the needs of the team.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define what exceptional looks like for each search.
• Hunt: map markets and companies, identify top performers, and engage people who aren't actively looking.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rillet's customers, product, market, and GTM motion.
• Evaluate candidates in context-what they sold, who they sold to, how they performed, and what drove their success.
• Build conviction with exceptional candidates and close them in competitive situations.
• Diagnose searches that aren't working and change the strategy quickly.
• Protect and continuously raise Rillet's talent bar.

• Self-drive. You take a search from problem to outcome without waiting to be told what to do next.
• Business judgment. You optimize for what Rillet needs, not recruiting activity or the fastest path to filling a seat.
• You know how to engage and close highly sought-after GTM candidates.
• You can earn credibility with GTM leaders and executives through strong judgment and direct communication.

The expected base salary range for this role is $160,000-$210,000 for San Francisco and New York City, plus equity and benefits. Final compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
