As a full-time Chef de Cuisine - Head Chef with Oakley Country Club , you'll work closely with our executive chef to ensure all dining activities are properly handled and food service policies are followed. You'll guide your kitchen team every day while earning a negotiable salary of $82,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience). CORE CHEF DE CUISINE - HEAD CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Culinary Execution - assist the executive chef in developing seasonal menus, executing culinary programming, and ensuring high food service standards across all dining outlets.
• Kitchen Operations - oversee efficient and accurate food purchasing, receiving, and rotating activities to maintain an organized inventory. You'll also coordinate efficient prep schedules.
• Team Leadership - supervise and train line and prep cooks, ensure smooth kitchen communication, and uphold a positive environment.
• Food Safety and Sanitation - enforce high-quality food service standards and ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

• 3+ years of progressive culinary experience with a private club, hotel, or upscale restaurant
• Experience placing food orders, managing inventory, and tracking costs
• Strong culinary techniques and food knowledge
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
