Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice coding, check requests, and weekly payment runs. Manage AP disbursement for vendor and contractor payments (ACH, wires, checks). Ensure accurate and timely daily invoice processing. Review and verify invoice details for validity and proper transaction matching. Assist with vendor onboarding, W-9 requests, and maintain vendor master/1099 records. Respond to vendor and employee inquiries to resolve payment issues and discrepancies. Review AP Aging weekly and resolve outstanding items. Coordinate with purchasing for PO-related invoices, ensuring proper 2-way/3-way matching. Handle vendor correspondence via phone and email. Investigate and resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies. Work Environment Onsite position at our San Francisco headquarters. Paid parking not provided . Qualification 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable/payable or general accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
