Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in an encouraging educational setting near Maple Heights and Euclid, OH. We are seeking two passionate professionals with a background in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and SLP-CCC credentials to join a faithful district team for the 2026-2027 academic year. This assignment offers a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with the flexibility to work with PreK and/or elementary caseloads.
Enjoy the stability and competitive hourly pay between $43-48 through a W2 contract, along with access to comprehensive healthcare benefits for your well-being. Stipends are available for travel candidates to help make your transition seamless. This district is known for its collaborative approach and robust support for its staff.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Eligibility for Ohio SLP licensure
- Experience with PreK or elementary students preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering communication development in diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech and language difficulties
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records and prepare necessary documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Provide ongoing support, adapting services for each student’s unique needs
