Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Roles & Responsibilities Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule Operate motorized cleaning equipment Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures Perform work assignments in a team with other employees Perform repetitive tasks Maintain clean work area Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules Take direction and respond to supervision Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner Fill in during staff shortage Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items Use proper personal protective equipment Present a professional appearance and conduct Understand customer service and satisfaction Understand reporting systems, and the environment Qualifications No specific education requirement; 3‑6 months of training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. May be required to have a valid driver’s license, completed all safety and task training certification, and may be required to be forklift certified. Bilingual is a plus. Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment, willingness to share with team. Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use. Physical Demands & Work Environment The employee must be able to sit, talk or listen, lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Compensation & Shift Monday through Friday. $17 per hour. 7 am ‑ 3:30 pm or 8 am ‑ 4:30 pm. Benefits SBM offers comprehensive benefit packages.
