Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in a Medical Surgical unit. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Apply the Nursing Process to deliver care for patients across all age groups, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care thoroughly, following regulatory guidelines and hospital policies.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate clinical competencies and pursue ongoing professional development.
  
  
• 
  Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and safety standards.
  
  
• 
  Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
  
• 
  Utilize electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills to manage patient information efficiently.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Must possess an active state or compact nursing license at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Travel experience is advantageous.
  
  
• 
  Certification in BLS is required; Epic charting experience is preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with professionalism.
  
  
• 
  Strong judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
