The Opportunity:
At Graziano's Bird Road Restaurant, we are currently seeking an experienced Bartender. The successful candidate will uphold our high standards of exceptional service, top-quality beverages, and detailed knowledge of our drink offerings to enrich our guests' experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
* Maintain inventory and bar supply levels.
* Offer superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment for our patrons.
* Assist in creating innovative and interesting beverage options to complement menu.
* Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

Desired Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant setting.
* Thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
* Strong understanding of mixology, wine, spirits, and beer.
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays, as needed.

Nice-to-Haves:
* Bartending certifications.
* Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
* Fluency in Spanish to better serve our diverse clientele.
* Knowledge of traditional Argentine beverages or wines.
* A passion for excellent customer service and a love for food and drink.
