Machine Operator (Night Shift)

In this hands‑on role, you will support production by loading materials, positioning work, setting up jobs, operating and adjusting machinery, and packaging finished products. Employees work a non‑rotating 12‑hour shift, following a 2‑2‑3 bi‑weekly pattern. We have on the job training, no prior steel experience required. Package, weigh, and load/unload material, and stage material Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production of materials Desired Experience Ability to Perform repetitive, physically demanding work; stand up to 12 hours; maintain full mobility and manual dexterity in a non‑climate‑controlled environment (heat/cold exposure); lift up to 50lbs. Strong attention to detail with ability to retain and apply instructions. Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance record Mechanical aptitude is a plus Basic math and computer skills Ability to operate banding tools and read a tape measure Recognize and detect quality issues Read and comprehend detailed instructions in English Follow all safety policies and procedures Good oral and written communication skills Sense of urgency; desire to work in a fast‑paced environment Able to work 24/7 schedule, including weekend and holidays Schedule The facility operates on a 24/7 Schedule. This position requires working a non‑rotating 12‑hour shift schedule. Employees will 6PM to 6AM, following a 2‑2‑3 bi‑weekly pattern.
