Job Description
Advance your nursing leadership career as a Director of Nursing (DON) for a 5-week assignment working night shifts from 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM with 24 guaranteed hours per week. The Director of Nursing will provide clinical oversight, staff leadership, and operational support while ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective nursing department management. This role is ideal for an experienced nursing leader who can maintain excellence in patient outcomes and support nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements:

Active RN License required
BLS Certification required
Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or nursing leadership experience preferred
Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and clinical operations required
Strong knowledge of state, federal, and regulatory healthcare standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and promote quality patient care
Experience with quality improvement and compliance initiatives preferred
