Talent Acquisition SpecialistSpectra360 recently opened our newest branch in Woodbridge, New Jersey and we're looking for an experienced, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and grow our presence in the Northeast.We specialize in staffing solutions for the Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries. This is a high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities.What You'll DoSource, recruit, and screen candidates for high-volume Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Transportation positionsConduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidates for job fitBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting toolsPartner with clients to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidatesManage onboarding, employment documentation, reference checks, and compliance requirementsSupport DOT requirements when recruiting commercial driversAssist with weekly timecard collection and payroll accuracyMaintain accurate ATS records and meet established recruiting KPIsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Staffing industryLight Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics recruiting experience preferredHigh-volume recruiting experienceStrong sourcing, communication, and phone skillsExcellent organization and a strong sense of urgencyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBilingual Spanish is a plusComfortable learning new technology and recruiting systemsWhat We Offer$55,000–$65,000 base salary + uncapped commissionFull benefits and 401(k) with company matchHybrid schedule after trainingCareer advancement and unlimited growth potentialOpportunity to help build and grow a brand-new Edison marketSupportive, collaborative, and recognition-focused cultureReady to make an impact and help us build Spectra360 in New Jersey?
