Recruiter – Heating & Cooling Company
We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing heating and cooling company. This position reports directly to the Owner and plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization.
Position Details
- Full-time, in-office position
- Location: Edison, New Jersey
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Present and review qualified resumes directly with the Owner
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and networking strategies to attract top talent
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successful hiring and talent acquisition
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
