Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient services. The role involves managing acute care needs and ensuring patient safety throughout shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations to stabilize patients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required, with license in hand at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience.
• Ability to pass facility drug screen, including Marijuana, without positive results.
• Willingness to work night shift (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00).
• Candidates outside facility radius (RN/LVN: 150 miles; Allied/CNA: 50 miles) considered case-by-case.
• Demonstrate strong charting skills, preferably with Altera experience.
