Water Damage Restoration Technician

Join our team as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and help families and businesses recover from water emergencies. You'll work hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment to extract water, dry structures, and prevent secondary damage. This is a physically demanding but rewarding role where you'll make a real difference in people’s lives during challenging times. As part of our field team, you’ll respond to emergency calls, assess damage, and implement restoration plans. Key Responsibilities Respond to water damage emergency calls within assigned territory Perform initial damage assessment and document findings Set up and operate water extraction and drying equipment Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed Communicate with customers about restoration process and timeline Complete detailed job documentation and reports Maintain and inventory equipment and supplies Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Assist with mold remediation and other restoration services as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Previous construction or restoration experience preferred but not required IICRC certification preferred (we will provide training) Benefits Competitive salary with overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle and equipment provided Ongoing training and certification opportunities Career advancement opportunities Emergency response bonus program #J-18808-Ljbffr
