• Patient Benefit Rep (PBR) Responsibilities
• Verify patient insurance coverage
• Review insurance cards
• Confirm insurance is active/effective
• Verify required authorizations are attached to medications/treatments
• Check outstanding patient balances
• Front Desk Responsibilities, be able to jump in when needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare experience within benefits, insurance, EOB
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows
• Reliable work history and strong tenure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn systems
• Open to strong recent graduates with relevant experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Frisco, TX 75033.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
