The Recruiter exercises independent judgment in accordance with established policies, practices and techniques. This position also contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Provide support to the Talent Acquisition ConsultantsUtilize existing resources to source candidates for open positions.Manages the internal offer/transfer lettersManages the interviewing workflow in the ATSManages the job description database in the ATSTroubleshooting ATS system issues as neededCoordination of Career FairsOther administrative responsibilities as assignedEducational / Minimum Requirements: Some college or undergraduate degree preferred. 3+ years’ experience in same or similar role - experience in healthcare HR preferred. Experience with ATS systems a plus - Paycom ATS experience preferred.State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements:NoneBristol Hospital Mandated Educational Requirements:General orientation at time of hire. Fire/Safety/Infection Control annually. Other programs as mandated by Hospital.Special Requirements:NonePhysical Requirements: Moderate walking, bending, stooping. Physical and digital dexterity; occasional lifting of office supplies and materials.
