At Felss Rotaform, you’ll join a clean, highly automated manufacturing environment where precision and pace go hand-in-hand. In this full-time role, you’ll keep an automated transfer line humming—anticipating what’s next, solving small problems before they become big ones, and making sure material and information flow exactly where they should.

What your day looks like

• Run automated transfer line equipment with a focus on quality and throughput.
• Track production flow and make on-the-fly adjustments so machines run efficiently.
• Triage minor interruptions and clear basic faults to minimize downtime.
• Keep raw material and finished parts organized; maintain a tidy, safe work area.
• Adhere to established production standards and safety procedures.
• Support overtime as production demands require.

About you

• Consistently reliable attendance and on-time start to every shift.
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how machines work.
• Strong organization; able to juggle multiple tasks without losing detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, physically active manufacturing setting.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.
