Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Location: Hybrid — 3 days onsite required (Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA) Duration: 12 months, contract-to-hire Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | No overtime Overview We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support agile Scrum teams in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment (2–3 week sprints). This role centers on automation testing (~80%) with a meaningful API testing component (~20%), and requires a strong focus on accessibility and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on tester who combines automation depth with backend awareness and a solid understanding of accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automation testing frameworks for both API and UI layers Execute API testing across REST and SOAP services, including manual validation in Postman Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing Perform accessibility testing to ensure ADA compliance and adherence to WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A & AA) standards Collaborate within Scrum teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle Apply backend knowledge to troubleshoot and validate end-to-end functionality Required Qualifications 5+ years with automation testing frameworks for APIs and UI; strong understanding of protocols, APIs (REST/SOAP), and web technologies 3+ years of C# and .NET experience (LINQ, Generics, .NET 6) 3+ years writing complex T-SQL queries 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on accessibility testing Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Level A & AA) standards Proficiency with Postman for manual API testing Preferred / Additional Thorough understanding of API testing methodology and basic backend knowledge Experience working in 2–3 week agile sprint cycles #J-18808-Ljbffr Interactive Resources LLC.
