Experienced Nanny for 1 Baby (Nov/Dec Start)

A wonderful first-time family in McLean is looking for an experienced nanny to join their household to care for their 6-month-old baby. Working alongside a stay-at-home mom, the nanny will provide attentive care for the baby while also helping make the family's days run smoothly through baby laundry, errands, meal preparation, and light household organization. The family is looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can bring expertise and confidence as they navigate this stage as first-time parents. The nanny will help support the baby's transition to solids, encourage developmental milestones, and establish a consistent daily routine and schedule. The ideal candidate is professional, engaging, dependable, and comfortable communicating openly with parents. The family also has a friendly Goldendoodle, so comfort around dogs is important.
