Responsibilities Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the in‑store experience. Partner with store leaders and associates to achieve and exceed sales goals, monitoring progress against key performance indicators. Lead all aspects of people management, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations. Monitor and shape store culture to align with company values and maintain a positive team environment. Provide coaching, feedback, and training in customer service, product knowledge, brand identity, and operational excellence. Assess customer interactions, resolve escalated concerns, and ensure a superior in‑store experience. Manage store operations: scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, and reporting. Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate inventory management through proper shipping and receiving procedures. Support store marketing events and community engagement initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness. Promote accountability, creativity, and continuous learning by sharing best practices and encouraging collaboration. Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Demonstrate inclusive practices that honor diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and lived experiences. Qualifications 3‑5 years of related professional/retail management experience. High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred. Undergraduate or graduate degrees are valued but not required. Proven ability to drive results by exceeding sales and profit goals. Expertise in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment. Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations. Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools. Physical ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods, and to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight. Compensation & Benefits Hiring Range: $80,000.00 USD – $100,000.00 USD annually. Incentive Potential: Eligible for additional compensation awards such as an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission.
