Service Administrator

Join a growing service and equipment operation that supports critical heavy equipment and crane service needs across the region. We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating service operations, supporting technicians and managers, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Service Administrator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming service-related phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate service and repair appointments
• Create and process work orders and invoices
• Assist with parts, service, and repair coordination
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records, logs, reconciliations, and filing systems
• Support timekeeping and general administrative tasks
• Greet visitors and assist with branch communication
• Collaborate closely with service and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, service, logistics, or industrial environments is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
