Job Description

The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations by managing project coordination, clerical tasks, and human resources duties. Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner and Department Manager, this role involves supervising a small team of 1-5 members while implementing and supporting various administrative and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and manage job scheduling
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Keep accurate records and facilitate communication
• Prepare estimates and invoices in QuickBooks
• Coordinate project management and assist with clerical duties
• Oversee human resource tasks
• Assists with payroll
• Daily tasks from owner
• Pull State and City permits
• Implement systems to create sales growth

 

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong office management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Effective problem-solving and budget management skills
• Experience in team leadership
• QuickBooks Online Experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
• Driver's license

Schedule

• Monday Through Friday
• 40-50 hours per week
