Come along for the journey and be part of our growth and success.Job Description*Must have at least 2 years of window cleaning experience*Location: FloridaHours per week: full-time (37.50 hours per week)Schedule:Mon - Friday 7am-3:30 pmPay: $20-$30 (experience repelling from high rise experience may pay rates at the higher end of the pay scale)Responsibilities:Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and glass panelsClean screens, frames, and sills as neededUse ladders, extension poles, and cleaning equipment in a safe mannerCommunicate professionally with clients and team membersMaintain equipment and report any maintenance needsFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA safety standardsMinimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years old or older2 years experience in window cleaning is required.Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to get to job sites is requiredAbility to work at heights (of ladders up to 2nd level)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsAuthorized to work in the United States (I-9 verification required)Core CompetenciesA strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job doneFriendly attitudeAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detailAccommodation:Candidates for the position should be able to perform essential job duties in described work environment with or without accommodation.
