This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


Looking for a laid-back, easy-going position? This is it! We're seeking a caregiver with heavy Hoyer transfer experience to assist a gentleman at his home in New Glarus, WI, 1-2 days a week.


Location : New Glarus, WI

Hours : 12 PM-10 PM on Tuesdays, 6 AM-12 PM on Mondays & Tuesdays

Compensation : $19.71 per hour

Requirements:

• Heavy Hoyer transfer experience


• Must pass a background check before hire

• Must have Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle for errands

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Duties:

• Transfers to and from bed and wheelchair

• Pick up items that may fall on the floor

• Assist with emptying catheter

• Able to cook is a plus!
