Join our team as a School-Based Behavior Technician , providing 1:1 support to students with autism in a collaborative school setting.
Love working with kids? No ABA experience required!
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and full support through the RBT certification process.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support independence and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and a supportive clinical team

- Active Illinois Paraprofessional License (we can help you get this!)
