Regional Medical Director- Primary Care

• $230,000 to $275,000 base , plus a 25% target bonus paid quarterly.

  WHO YOU ARE

• MD/DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in a Medicare Advantage or value-based care setting
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience : medical director, site lead, or regional leadership in a multi-site group
• Bilingual skills are not required.
