Social Media Specialist

Are you a creative storyteller who loves capturing content, riding social trends, and diving deep into the world of RVs and camping? Bish’s RV is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team at our Meridian, Idaho headquarters.

You’ll be our on-camera talent and behind-the-scenes creator, helping script, film, and edit content that educates, inspires, and entertains our audience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Salary $55,000-$75,000.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Bish’s RV as a voice on their own social media profile
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for reels, TikToks, stories, and more
• Research social media trends and competitors to keep us ahead of the curve
• Script content and collaborate with the marketing team on fresh ideas
• Build, manage, and execute content calendars for various campaigns and channels
• Analyze basic performance data and use it to improve content strategy
• Learn our product lineup and be able to speak confidently and authentically about RVing and camping

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident on-camera presence with fluent, clear speech
• Independent worker who thrives without micromanagement
• A fast learner who can adapt to new tools, platforms, and processes quickly
• Highly organized and structured in your work
• Passionate about storytelling, creativity, and the outdoors
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Resources:

• Meta Business Suite (Facebook + Instagram)
• TikTok content creation + posting
• Video editing software (CapCut preferred)
• Canva or Adobe Illustrator for graphics
• Understanding of trends, filming setups, camera angles, and lighting
• Bonus: Experience building a social media account (personal brand, side hustle, etc.) and examples of past success
