Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional events, and community outreach activities in the Boise area.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain practical experience in marketing, promotions, communications, customer service, and event support .

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and community outreach activities
• Interact with customers and members of the public in a professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, programs, and campaigns
• Support event setup, organization, and day-of activities
• Help distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign information
• Answer customer questions and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain a positive and professional presence at events
• Collect customer feedback and share observations with the team
• Work with team members to complete daily promotional activities
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Follow established procedures and client guidelines

Work Environment

This is a customer-facing, event-based position . Team members may spend a significant portion of the workday interacting with customers and members of the public at community and promotional events.

The schedule may include weekdays and occasional evenings or weekends , depending on event requirements.
