Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham DestinationsPartner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking inGreet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tourScreen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelinesMake sales-tour reservations and collect required depositsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)How You’ll ShineConduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centerEstablish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current ownersCommunicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniquesEffectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirementsAttend all scheduled training sessions and department meetingsKeep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trendsWhat You’ll Bring1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferredCollege Degree is preferredAbility to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycleDemonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environmentGeneral knowledge of smart devicesTravel RequirementsNo travel required outside of the home site’s areaMinimum Requirements and QualificationsSales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Training requirementsNoneKnowledge and skillsClear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
