Apex is currently recruiting for a Yard Lead for one of their premier clients in Wentzville, MO.

What You'll Be Doing
- Receive, label, and stage vehicles according to customer and company requirements
- Track vehicle inventory and provide status updates throughout the shift
- Complete vehicle documentation and paperwork as required
- Inspect incoming vehicles and report any damage or discrepancies
- Document damage and vehicle status information accurately
- Coordinate vehicle repairs when necessary
- Monitor vehicle inventory and shipment status
- Identify and properly stage mis-shipped vehicles
- Communicate with logistics providers regarding vehicle deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate records of shipped and received vehicles
- Assist with monthly inventory audits and reconciliations
- Keep the yard organized, clean, and operating efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures and yard operation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Experience working in automotive, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environments
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Inventory tracking or yard management experience
