About This Role In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence (talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations) or with HR business partner work. Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment. Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
