RN Field Assessor - Long-Term Care Evaluations (PRN)

UnitedHealth Group in Oxford, MS seeks a PRN RN Field Assessor to perform Long Term Care insurance assessments. You will gather demographics, physician information, and medication lists while evaluating functional independence and cognitive status. Documentation is done in real time via a laptop or tablet. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted RN license in MS, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Travel to home settings is expected as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
