RN - Emergency Room

Role Overview This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings. The nurse collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, utilizing critical thinking, compassionate care, and adherence to nursing processes. Key responsibilities include: assessing patients accurately based on their condition administering medications as prescribed delivering age-appropriate care and basic self-care support developing and evaluating patient and family education plans assisting with procedures and performing technical services addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating post-discharge care promoting safety and cost-effective practices prioritizing patient care efficiently.
