Part-Time Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho/Sports)

AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is a great fit for a clinician looking for a high-quality, patient-first environment with a consistent schedule and strong clinical support.

This is a treating roleyou will perform evaluations and follow-up visits, manage plans of care, and help patients return to sport and active life.

Schedule

We are looking for a clinician who can commit to a consistent weekday schedule. The ideal availability is 1525 hours/week, with preference for candidates able to cover recurring blocks (rather than changing week to week).

Example schedule options:

• MF mornings: 7:00 AM12:00 PM
• Mid-day blocks: 8:00 AM3:00 PM
• Afternoons/evenings: 2:00 PM7:00 PM (MonTh)

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic and sports PT evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop and progress individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based care with excellent patient communication
• Utilize objective testing (VALD) when appropriate to guide progress
• Maintain high-quality documentation (supported by AI scribe)
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong clinic culture

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia (required)
• BLS/CPR (required)
• Outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred
• Dry Needling preferred (not requiredtraining available)
