Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mobile Home Sales Representative. Based in Orange County, CA, the role involves a combination of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting mobile homes, guiding them through the purchasing process, conducting property tours, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with customers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in sales, ability to effectively communicate value, and aptitude for closing deals. Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and maintain long-term professional relationships. Communication and Presentation: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to present options effectively to clients. Organizational and Time Management: Skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with Manufactured and Mobile Homes: Basic understanding of mobile home options, trends, and regulations is a plus. Experience with Real Estate Processes: Knowledge of real estate transactions or loans is beneficial but not a requirement. Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools, email applications, and market-listing platforms is advantageous. Valid Driver’s License: Required for conducting property tours and meeting clients on-site.
