As our next Pre-Sales Project Manager in the United States, you will act as a key driving force for Hanshow Technology's continued expansion. Self-motivated, proactive, and equipped with a "can-do" attitude, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across diverse departments to deliver exceptional technical and commercial outcomes.

What you will do:

1. Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements and challenges, assess needs, and recommend solutions that maximize value for both the customer and Hanshow. Monitor deal progress from a pre-sales perspective to continuously enhance commercial and customer value.
2. Promote Hanshow products through seminars, high-level visionary demos, and tailored value scenarios. Present solutions and credentials effectively during proposal meetings and customer discussions.
3. Own and deliver RFx responses, comprehensive customer proposals, and Proof of Concept (POC) executions.
4. Proactively maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product roadmaps, and technical skills.
5. Partner closely with Sales Support and Service teams to design solutions tailored to business requirements, supporting the sales team in positioning infrastructure management and related services.
6. Drive and contribute to assigned sales growth targets across specified product lines, market areas, channels, or supported teams.
7. Provide professional mentorship and guidance to team members and pre-sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales execution.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, project management, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Linux operating systems, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools, including Gantt charts, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and related Microsoft applications
• Strong technical interest and ability to discuss requirements, design solutions, and build/expand customer networks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to successful outcomes, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assess/mitigate risks.
• Dynamic, resilient, and collaborative team player.
• Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, handling competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and addressing problems decisively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multi-lingual meetings and present ideas effectively.
