Most of your morning is spent working through a follow-up list, confirming upcoming meetings and reaching out to people who have requested information about their benefit options.

- Contact prospective clients by phone to schedule and confirm appointments with licensed agents \n
- Update records after every call so nothing is missed and the next person who touches the file has what they need \n
- Coordinate calendars across the team to keep appointment slots filled and evenly distributed \n
- Track which outreach efforts lead to completed meetings and flag patterns worth repeating \n
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, answering general questions and routing people to the right resource \n
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. No insurance background is needed to start. Training covers the tools, the workflow and the communication approach that keeps clients engaged.
