This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with a strong public accounting background who enjoys building client relationships, leading audit engagements, and mentoring junior staff. What You'll Do Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Manage audits for nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and a variety of commercial clients Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, partners, and internal audit teams Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while reviewing workpapers and financial reports Coordinate multiple client engagements, project timelines, staffing, and workflow Ensure financial statements and related reports comply with professional and firm standards Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the firm What We're Looking For Active CPA license required 5+ years of recent public accounting audit experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit methodology Experience leading client engagements and supervising staff Excellent communication and relationship building skills Willingness to travel locally to client sites, with occasional overnight travel as needed Why This Opportunity?
